Summary
A bill for an act relating to community development by establishing application rules and limitations for wireless communications facilities and infrastructure, by modifying provisions related to reinvestment districts and flood mitigation projects, and by providing for the coordination and facilitation of broadband access in targeted areas of the state, including property tax incentives, and including effective date and retroactive and other applicability provisions. Approved 6-22-15. Effective 7-1-15, with exception of Division II effective 6-22-15.
