TWENTY-EIGHTH LEGISLATURE, 2015
STATE OF HAWAII

A BILL FOR AN ACT

RELATING TO THE UNIVERSITY OF HAWAII.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:

SECTION 1. The auditor shall conduct a comprehensive management, financial, and program audit of the University of Hawaii, whether established by statute or administratively, and submit a report to the legislature of all findings and recommendations, including any proposed legislation, no later than twenty days prior to the convening of the regular session of 2017.

SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
