A BILL FOR AN ACT
RELATING TO 2013 SPECIFIC APPROPRIATIONS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. The purpose of this Act is to repeal specific appropriations in certain Acts passed during the regular session of 2013 and approved by the Governor.
The legislature finds that the Administration does not intend to expend the repealed appropriations.
SECTION 2. The Session Laws of Hawaii 2013 is amended to conform to the purpose of this Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
