A BILL FOR AN ACT

 

 

RELATING TO ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT.

 

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:

 


     SECTION 1.  The stadium authority shall work with the high technology development corporation, Hawaii housing finance and development corporation, Hawaii public housing authority, department of education, and all other state agencies that own property within a one-half mile radius of the proposed Aloha stadium rail station to develop a regional plan for a sports-technology district.

     SECTION 2.  The stadium authority shall submit its plans, findings, and recommendations, including any proposed legislation, to the legislature no later than twenty days prior to the convening of the regular session of 2015.

     SECTION 3.  This Act shall take effect on July 1, 2050.

Description:
