A BILL FOR AN ACT
RELATING TO STATE PROGRAMS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. The purpose of this Act is to provide a vehicle for statutory provisions and appropriations that may be necessary to be included as part of the general appropriations Act of 2023.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect on July 1, 2050.
