A BILL FOR AN ACT
MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A FEDERAL INSPECTION STATION AT KONA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. There is appropriated out of the general obligation bonds of the State of Hawaii the sum of $ or so much thereof as may be necessary for fiscal year 2016-2017 and the same sum or so much thereof as may be necessary for fiscal year 2017-2018 for a federal inspection station at Kona International Airport at Keahole on the island of Hawaii, in order to meet the requirements of title 19, United States Code of Federal Regulations, part 162.
The sums appropriated shall be expended by the department of transportation for the purposes of this Act.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect on July 1, 2050.
