A BILL FOR AN ACT
RELATING TO FUNDS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. The purpose of this Act is to address the recommendations of the auditor set forth in the "Study Regarding the Transfer of Non-General Funds to the General Fund" prepared pursuant to House Concurrent Resolution No. 166 of the regular session of 2011.
SECTION 2. The Hawaii Revised Statutes is amended to conform to this Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
