A BILL FOR AN ACT


 

 

relating to jurisdiction.

 

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:

 


     SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a county police department shall have concurrent jurisdiction with the conservation and resources enforcement division on lands and property owned by the department of land and natural resources.

     SECTION 2.  This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
