RESOLUTION
Recognizing
and commending Reverend Taffi Dollar; and for other purposes.
WHEREAS,
Reverend Taffi Dollar is a world-renowned author, teacher, conference speaker,
and theologian; and
WHEREAS,
Reverend Dollar is united in love and marriage to her husband, Creflo, and
together the couple leads the congregation of World Changers Church
International (WCCI) and World Changers Church – New York;
and
WHEREAS,
with over 30,000 members and located in College Park, Georgia, WCCI stands as a
beacon of hope, striving to spread the Word of God and serve as a place of
fellowship for the congregation and surrounding community; and
WHEREAS,
Reverend Dollar serves as the president and CEO of Arrow Records, a cutting-edge
Christian record company, and founded Prestige Ministry, an outreach to women in
the adult entertainment industry; and
WHEREAS,
her commitment to improving the lives of others can be seen through her work as
founder of WCCI Women's Ministry, which promotes unity and sisterhood through
Bible study meetings, retreats, workshops, and other empowering events;
and
WHEREAS,
she is passionate about educating the future leaders of this state, serving as a
mentor with the Service to Education Program at Toney Elementary School in
Decatur and founding the Ethel Johnson Bolton High School Seniors Scholarship
Program, which has awarded 20 scholarships to Atlanta's high school seniors;
and
WHEREAS,
as a minister of the Gospel, Reverend Dollar has shown the energy, devotion,
and commitment truly reflective of divine guidance which has allowed the Word of
God to spread throughout the community;
and
WHEREAS, she ministers throughout the country and her services can be seen worldwide on the Changing Your World television broadcast; and

WHEREAS,
it is abundantly fitting and proper that this enduring example of God's message
of peace and love be recognized and congratulated for her innumerable good works
rendered on behalf of persons in need.
NOW,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE that the members of this body commend
Reverend Taffi Dollar for the leadership and guidance she has provided the
members of her church and the surrounding community.
BE
IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is authorized and directed
to transmit an appropriate copy of this resolution to Reverend Taffi Dollar.
