RESOLUTION
Celebrating
the birth of Mary Eloise Carlson; and for other purposes.
WHEREAS,
the months of anticipation and excitement shared by expectant parents are always
a cherished memory; and
WHEREAS,
for Russel and Ann Marie Carlson, those months ended on April 1, 2011, when they
became the proud parents of their breathtaking baby, Mary Eloise Carlson;
and
WHEREAS,
Mary Eloise was welcomed with open arms by her big brother, Jake;
and
WHEREAS,
the devotion, patience, and understanding that Russel and Ann Marie demonstrate
daily provide the foundation and framework of love and success in which Mary
Eloise will develop and flourish; and
WHEREAS,
it is abundantly fitting and proper that the birth of one of this state's newest
citizens be recognized in an appropriate manner.
NOW,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE that the members of this body recognize
the very happy occasion of the birth of Mary Eloise Carlson and extend to her
their most sincere best wishes for a long and healthy life and great happiness
and success.
BE
IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is authorized and directed
to transmit an appropriate copy of this resolution to Russel and Ann Marie
Carlson.
