RESOLUTION
Recognizing
and commending Ms. Cindy Pate; and for other purposes.
WHEREAS,
Ms. Cindy Pate has demonstrated her commitment to the Gospel, witnessing Christ
through word and deed, and addressing the physical, psychological, intellectual,
and spiritual needs of others; and
WHEREAS,
Ms. Pate has been a member of First Baptist Church of Bremen, Georgia, since
1993, served as church treasurer for over 30 years, worked in Sunday school for
over 15 years, and currently performs duties for the pastor; and
WHEREAS,
over the past three decades, Ms. Pate has improved the spiritual and educational
growth of the church; and
WHEREAS,
the unmatched spiritual assistance offered by Ms. Pate is a source of strength
and direction for persons in all walks of life and from all economic strata;
and
WHEREAS,
it is abundantly fitting and proper that this enduring example of God's message
of peace and love be recognized and congratulated for her innumerable good works
rendered on behalf of persons in need.
NOW,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE that the members of this body commend
Ms. Cindy Pate for her exemplary fellowship and leadership in the name of God
and extend best wishes for many more years of successful fellowship and
leadership.

IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is authorized and directed
to transmit an appropriate copy of this resolution to Ms. Cindy Pate.
