BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
AN ACT
To
amend Code Section 16-13-25 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating
to Schedule I controlled substances, so as to add synthetic cannabinoids known
as "synthetic marijuana" or "K2" to the Schedule I controlled substances list;
to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEORGIA:
SECTION
1.
Code
Section 16-13-25 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to Schedule
I controlled substances, is amended in paragraph (3) by adding new subparagraphs
to read as follows:
"(BBB)
1-(2-[trifluoromethylphenyl]) piperazine;
(CCC)
1-Butyl-3-(1-naphthoyl) indole;
(DDD)
1-Pentyl-3-(1-naphthoyl) indole;
(EEE)
(6aR,10aR)-9-(hydroxymethyl)-6,6-dimethyl-3-(2-methyloctan-2-yl)-6a,7,10,
10a-tetrahydrobenzo[c]chromen-1-ol;"

All
laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act are repealed.
