AS PASSED SENATE

A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT

To amend Code Section 27-2-23 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to licenses, permits, tags, and stamp fees, so as to create a one-day salt-water shore fishing license; to provide for a fee; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEORGIA:

SECTION 1.

Code Section 27-2-23 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to licenses, permits, tags, and stamp fees, is amended by adding a new subparagraph in paragraph (4) to read as follows:

"(I) Salt-water shore fishing license

One-day

SECTION 2.

All laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act are repealed.
