RESOLUTION
Honoring
the life and memory of Mr. Jakoba Jerod Mildton; and for other
purposes.
WHEREAS,
the State of Georgia mourns the loss of one of its most distinguished citizens
with the passing of Mr. Jakoba Jerod Mildton; and
WHEREAS,
Mr. Mildton was born on April 25, 1975, beloved son of the late Cheryl O.
Mildton and Jesse James Mildton, Sr.; and
WHEREAS,
known as "Toby" by those close to him, Mr. Mildton was educated in the DeKalb
County School System and was a driven entrepreneur; and
WHEREAS,
an intelligent and hard-working man, Mr. Mildton earned an associate's degree in
computer technology and started his own window tinting business;
and
WHEREAS,
Mr. Mildton was united in love and marriage to Sandra Mildton, and he was
blessed with two remarkable and devoted children, Jaquareon and Jakoba, Jr.;
and
WHEREAS,
this incredible man leaves behind loving family, caring neighbors, and loyal
friends who will cherish his memory and the wonderful times shared, and all who
were privileged to know him join his family in mourning his loss.
NOW,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that the members of
this body join in honoring the life and memory of Mr. Jakoba Jerod Mildton and
expressing its appreciation of his many contributions to his community and the
State of Georgia.

IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized
and directed to transmit an appropriate copy of this resolution to Mr. Mildton's
family.
