RESOLUTION
Recognizing
and commending Frank Love; and for other purposes.
WHEREAS,
through training, talent, and determination, the Westminster Schools' swimmer
and diver Frank Love earned the top ranking in the state with his wins at the
State Championship; and
WHEREAS,
with the training of Coaches Cynthia Potter and Pete Higgins, Frank was able to
win the one meter dive and attain record times of 1:35.82 for the 200 yard relay
swim, 3:27.13 for the 400 yard relay swim, 1:04.34 for the 100 yard breaststroke
swim, and 1:46.61 for the 200 yard freestyle swim; and
WHEREAS,
by his many achievements, grace, and positive attitude, Frank has brought credit
to his parents, his community, his school, and this state; and
WHEREAS,
all Georgians are proud of young men who, like Frank, represent the very best
that this state has to offer; and
WHEREAS,
the State of Georgia looks with great anticipation toward the future of this
bright and promising young citizen.
NOW,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that the members of
this body heartily commend Frank Love for his spectacular scholastic endeavors,
congratulate him on winning the State Championship for swimming and diving at
the Westminster Schools, and express to him their most sincere best wishes for
continued success in the future.

IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized
and directed to transmit an appropriate copy of this resolution to Frank Love.
