RESOLUTION
Relative
to adjournment; and for other purposes.
BE
IT RESOLVED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEORGIA that, unless otherwise provided
by subsequent resolution of the General Assembly, the meeting dates and dates of
adjournment for the 2010 regular session of the General Assembly for the period
of Thursday, March 11, 2010, through Monday, March 29, 2010, shall be as
follows:
Thursday,
March 11 in session for legislative day 24
Friday,
March 12 through Monday, March 15 in adjournment
Tuesday,
March 16 in session for legislative day 25
Wednesday,
March 17 in session for legislative day 26
Thursday,
March 18 in session for legislative day 27
Friday,
March 19 through Sunday, March 21 in adjournment

BE
IT FURTHER RESOLVED that on and after March 29, 2010, the periods of adjournment
of the 2010 session, if any, shall be as specified by subsequent resolution of
the General Assembly.
BE
IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, as authorized by Code Section 28-1-2, the hours for
closing and convening the Senate on each day may be as ordered by the Senate;
and the hours for closing and convening the House on each day may be as ordered
by the House.
BE
IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the provisions of this resolution shall control over
those of SR 1120 which shall be of no further force or effect after Thursday,
March 11, 2010.
