RESOLUTION
Commending
Brianne Bielecki and inviting her to be recognized by the House of
Representatives; and for other purposes.
WHEREAS,
Brianne Bielecki has demonstrated great skill and determination in the sport of
western riding; and
WHEREAS,
Brianne has earned both state and national acclaim for her amazing western
riding performances; and
WHEREAS,
during the 2011 Palomino Horse Breeders Association (PHBA) finals, Brianne
earned the title of 2011 PHBA Novice Youth Showmanship World Champion and the
2011 PHBA Novice Youth Horsemanship World Champion; and
WHEREAS,
the State of Georgia honors the accomplishments of this outstanding young
champion and applauds the fine example she has set for student athletes across
this state; and
WHEREAS,
Brianne brings great pride to her family, neighbors, and community, and the
State of Georgia looks with great anticipation to the future of this bright and
promising young athlete.
NOW,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that the members of
this body commend Brianne Bielecki on her many outstanding achievements and
invite her to be recognized by the House of Representatives at a date and time
to be determined by the Speaker of the House of Representatives.
BE
IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized
and directed to transmit an appropriate copy of this resolution to Brianne
Bielecki.
