following amendment:
Amend
HB 1089 LC 28 6066
Insert
the following on line 11 as section 3 and then renumber
accordingly.
“The
state and all political subdivisions thereof are prohibited from implementing
programs or tenets of the US Rio Declaration Environmental and Development and
Statement of Principles for Sustainable Development.”
