A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 17-4-40 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to persons who may issue warrants for arrest, so as to provide a judge of the magistrate court with certain authority regarding the issuance of certain warrants; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
