Summary

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 50-5-69 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to purchases without competitive bidding, central bid registry, procurement cards, rules and regulations, applicability to emergency purchases, and Purchasing Advisory Council, so as to provide that the Department of Family and Children Services may contract for the purchase of or purchase services for children or families to whom it is providing child welfare services without competitive bidding; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
