Summary

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 12 of Title 16 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to offenses against public health and morals, so as to prohibit the sale of consumable hemp products to individuals under the age of 21 years; to prohibit the purchase or possession of consumable hemp products by individuals under the age of 21 years; to prohibit the misrepresentation of an individual's age or identification in order to purchase consumable hemp products; to require the postage of certain signs concerning the legal age to purchase consumable hemp products; to provide penalties for violations; to provide definitions; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
