A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Title 33 of the O.C.G.A., relating to insurance, so as to provide for certain consumer protections against balance billing; to amend Chapter 1 of Title 10 of the O.C.G.A., relating to selling and other trade practices, so as to provide the Attorney General with new enforcement authority against providers; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
