Summary

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Subpart 2 of Part 6 of Article 6 of Chapter 2 of Title 20 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to conditions of employment for professionals in elementary and secondary education, so as to revise the minimum base salary for certificated professional personnel with bachelor's degrees and from zero to two years of creditable service; to provide for periodic salary studies; to provide for exemptions; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
