Summary

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 16-11-127 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to carrying weapons in unauthorized locations, so as to establish that the offense of carrying a weapon or long gun in an unauthorized location includes carrying a long gun while knowingly participating in the assembly of two or more persons upon any public way or public property; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
