A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 13 of Title 16 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to controlled substances, so as to provide that mitragynine and hydroxymitragynine (7-OH) are Schedule I controlled substances; to repeal provisions relating to the regulation of kratom; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
