Summary

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 2 of Title 21 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to primaries and elections generally, so as to require candidates to swear at the time of qualifying that neither the candidate nor his or her surrogate has colluded with a foreign state, foreign government, or citizen of a foreign state, or requested assistance in any form to such state, government, or citizen to influence the outcome of any local, state, or federal election in the United States of America; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
