Summary

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Title 20 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to education, so as to revise certain provisions relative to charter schools; to provide that state charter schools may receive services from regional educational service agencies; to revise funding for state chartered special schools and state charter schools; to provide for initial funding for charter schools with projected student growth exceeding 2 percent; to provide for initial funding for training and experience; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
