Summary

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 24-4-417 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to evidence of similar acts in prosecutions for violations of Code Section 40-6-391, so as to require similar acts of such violations be after a conviction thereof; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
