Summary
A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 5 of Title 34 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to sex discrimination in employment, so as to make it unlawful to discharge or discriminate against an employee for inquiring about, discussing, or disclosing certain wage rate information; to prohibit certain contractual provisions as conditions for employment; to revise a criminal penalty; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
