Summary

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 6 of Title 40 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to uniform rules of the road, so as to change the offense of racing on highways or streets from a misdemeanor to a felony; to provide the punishment for same; to change the offense of driving in a circular or zigzag course from a misdemeanor to a felony; to provide the punishment for same; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
