A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend of Code Section 20-2-2068.1 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to charter school funding, so as to clarify certain funding of charter schools to ensure that local revenue is allocated equally as to all schools in a district; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
