Summary
A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 4 of Chapter 5 of Title 16 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to reckless conduct, so as to change provisions relating to hazing; to provide that certain persons convicted of hazing shall not be eligible to attend schools in this state; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
