Summary

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Part 3 of Article 16 of Chapter 2 of Title 20 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to student health in elementary and secondary education, so as to require the development and distribution of an educational fact sheet that provides information concerning the use and misuse of opioid drugs in the event that a student athlete is prescribed an opioid for a sports related injury; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
