L. 1993, p. 4022), as amended, particularly by an Act approved May 6, 2009 (Ga. L. 2009, p. 3776), so as to revise the provisions for the filling of vacancies in the office of mayor; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
