Summary
A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 2 of Title 21 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to primaries and elections generally, so as to provide for the reporting of residential property sales to the board of registrars by the tax receiver or tax commissioner; to provide for the investigation of a possible change of residency or loss of eligibility to vote as a result of such sale of such property; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
