Summary
A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 34 of Title 50 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the "OneGeorgia Authority Act," so as to provide that for the purposes of determining eligibility for all programs administered by the authority, any county in this state that shares a geographic boundary with one and only one other county in this state shall be deemed also to touch the next closest county in addition to the county with which it shares a geographic boundary; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
