Summary
A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 10 of Title 31 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to vital records, so as to require the Department of Public Health to publish and maintain statistical reports relating to induced terminations of pregnancy notwithstanding requirements on the department for physician confidentiality; to provide for exceptions; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
