Summary

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Part 5 of Article 4 of Chapter 11 of Title 16 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to Brady Law Regulations, so as to require that certain firearms be subject to a liability insurance policy; to provide for the promulgation of rules and regulations by the Commissioner of Insurance for implementation; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
