    1                        A bill to be entitled                       
    2         An act relating to a review under the Open Government 
    3         Sunset Review Act; repealing s. 3, ch. 2005-279, Laws 
    4         of Florida, relating to an exemption from public 
    5         records requirements for information in the Address 
    6         Confidentiality Program for Victims of Domestic 
    7         Violence under s. 741.465, F.S.; saving the exemption 
    8         from repeal under the Open Government Sunset Review 
    9         Act; deleting provisions providing for repeal of the 
   10         exemption; providing an effective date. 
   11   
   12  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 
   13   
   14         Section 1. Section 3 of chapter 2005-279, Laws of Florida, 
   15  is repealed. 
   16         Section 2. This act shall take effect October 1, 2010.
