    3         the House of Representatives convene in Joint Session
    4         for the purpose of receiving a message from the
    5         Governor.

    7         WHEREAS, His Excellency, Governor Rick Scott, has expressed
    8  a desire to address the Legislature in Joint Session, NOW,
    9  THEREFORE,

   11  Be It Resolved by the Senate of the State of Florida, the House
   12  of Representatives Concurring:

   14         That the Senate and the House of Representatives convene in
   15  Joint Session in the Chamber of the House of Representatives at
   16  5:30 p.m. this day, March 8, 2011, for the purpose of receiving
   17  a message of the Governor.
