    2         An act relating to transportation, tourism, and
    3         economic development; expressing the legislative
    4         intent to revise laws relating to transportation,
    5         tourism, and economic development; providing an
    6         effective date.

    8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    9  
   10         Section 1. The Legislature intends to revise laws relating
   11  to transportation, tourism, and economic development.
   12         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2012.
