    2         An act relating to designation of the state river;
    3         creating s. 15.0475, F.S.; designating the St. Johns
    4         River as the official state river; providing an
    5         effective date.

    7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    8  
    9         Section 1. Section 15.0475, Florida Statutes, is created to
   10  read:
   11         15.0475 Official state river.—The St. Johns River is
   12  designated as the official Florida state river.
   13         Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
