2         An act relating to the Department of Citrus; amending 
3         s. 601.07, F.S.; revising the location of the 
4         executive offices of the Department of Citrus; 
5         providing an effective date.

7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 
8 
9         Section 1. Section 601.07, Florida Statutes, is amended to 
10  read: 
11         601.07 Location of executive offices.—The executive offices 
12  of the Department of Citrus shall be established and maintained 
13  at Bartow Lakeland. 
14         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2010.
