    2         An act relating to alcoholic beverages; repealing s.
    3         562.34, F.S., relating to seizure and forfeiture of
    4         certain alcoholic beverage containers; providing an
    5         effective date.

    7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    8  
    9         Section 1. Section 562.34, Florida Statutes, is repealed.
   10         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2012.
