    2         An act relating to nonjoinder of insurers; repealing
    3         s. 627.4136, F.S., relating to nonjoinder of insurers;
    4         providing an effective date.

    6  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    7  
    8         Section 1. Section 627.4136, Florida Statutes, is repealed.
    9         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2018.
