    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to nuclear and integrated gasification
    3         combined cycle power plants; repealing s. 366.93,
    4         F.S., relating to cost recovery mechanisms for the
    5         siting, design, licensing, and construction of nuclear
    6         and integrated gasification combined cycle power
    7         plants, including mechanisms that promote utility
    8         investment in, and allow for recovery in electric
    9         utility rates of certain costs of, such plants;
   10         providing an effective date.

   12  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
   13  
   14         Section 1. Section 366.93, Florida Statutes, is repealed.
   15         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2014.
