   11  of Representatives Concurring:

   13         That the House of Representatives and the Senate convene in
   14  Joint Session in the Chamber of the House of Representatives at
   15  11:00 a.m. this day, March 7, 2023, for the purpose of receiving
   16  a message from the Governor.
