    2         An act relating to liens for ginning cotton; repealing
    3         s. 713.595, F.S., relating to liens for labor or
    4         services in ginning cotton; providing an effective

    7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    8  
    9         Section 1. Section 713.595, Florida Statutes, is repealed.
   10         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2012.
