    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to school districts; requiring that
    3         school districts refer to the period during which
    4         school is not in session and which includes Christmas
    5         Day as Christmas Break rather than Winter Break;
    6         providing an effective date.

    8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    9  
   10         Section 1. Each school district shall refer to the period
   11  during which school is not in session and which includes
   12  Christmas Day as Christmas Break rather than Winter Break.
   13         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2012.
