    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to anatomical gifts; amending s.
    3         765.521, F.S.; requiring the Department of Highway
    4         Safety and Motor Vehicles to maintain an integrated
    5         website link to the organ donation registry; providing
    6         an effective date.

    8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    9  
   10         Section 1. Present subsections (2) and (3) of section
   11  765.521, Florida Statutes, are redesignated as subsections (3)
   12  and (4), respectively, and a new subsection (2) is added to that
   13  section, to read:
   14         765.521 Donations as part of driver license or
   15  identification card process.—
   16         (2) The department shall maintain an integrated link on its
   17  website referring a visitor renewing a driver license or
   18  conducting other business to the organ donation registry
   19  operated under s. 765.5155.
   20         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2016.
